We offer free shipping to Australia wide except for WA. Current rail network damage and disruptions have caused extreme delays and high shipping costs.

Usually, your order will be shipped within 24-48 business hours after payment is made. During busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, this could take longer.

When you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow another 24-48 hours for the carrier website to update with the tracking information.

Current shipping times vary according to where you live, but the following is what you can expect:

• Metro Suburbs: 2-5 Business Days
• Regional Suburbs: 4-7 Business Days
• Rural Areas: 4-10 Business Days
• WA: Up to 2 weeks delay on top of normal shipping times

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and take care of it.

We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards and PayPal.

If your order is damaged or broken you can simply email us at paws@chompychews.com and we will arrange a refund or replacement for you. See our return policy.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We also cannot accept returns or offer refunds if your pet destroys the item, general wear and tear or from incorrect usage.

If the item is faulty, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

The best way to change your order is to email us at paws@chompychews.com as soon as possible. If your order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you will need to place a new order.

We are based in Melbourne and all our products get shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne as well.
